This Coming Weekend, Friday, Thursday & Saturday at the Schuster Center: both the Classical Series May 15/17 and Connections Series May 16 come to a thunderous climax when we feature Giuseppe Verdi's incredible Requiem Mass. All three evenings feature the entire work performed by orchestra, chorus and featured soloists. The Dayton Daily News Classical Connections performance adds a short overture, brief discussion from the stage, a Q&A after the concert and very friendly prices! The 16th is also Urban Nights downtown and we welcome our friends at Classical 88.1 to the Wintergarden, pre-concert.
Read all about it. Verdi's Requiem is the subject of Neal's special Listener's Guide notes. Catch up with this amazing work right here.
